Today the first round of the Samsung vs. Apple patent litigation pertaining to 3G technology took place before the Patent Court of Milan.
The Judge – Dr. Marina Tavassi, President of the Patent Court – after hearing the parties’ counsel on the interim relief sought by Samsung has granted a term for filing further defenses to both the plaintiff and the defendant.
